Billing and Accounts Our office will assist you in billing your insurance company, Medicare and Medicaid. For most insurance companies, we can handle all the billing for you. On rare occasions if you are required by your insurance company to submit claims, we can help you with the paperwork. We are preferred providers for most insurance companies. If we are not yet listed as a preferred provider for your insurance company, let us know. It's usually a matter of letting them know we are willing to be preferred providers. This saves you money on your medical visit and helps out other patients who might have the same insurance company coverage. Let Heidi, our office manager know if we are not yet listed for your insurance and we will help take care of the listing.
